Suntaggers is the organisation for fishers that want to be involved in Tag and Release in Queensland but not join a club. Suntaggers is a statewide organisation with members from Cairns to Brisbane. Suntaggers is affiliated with the peak body for tagging in Queensland, Suntag Australia.

Infofish Australia has worked for over 30 years in researching fish species in conjunction with communities across Australia. As well as running the largest recreational tagging program in the world, Infofish develops technology to improve fisheries and has a proven track record of improving fishing outcomes.
